A series of bird walks is being organised across Madhya Pradesh this September, offering participants the chance to explore the state's diverse birdlife and natural habitats. These walks are being conducted by Ataavi, in collaboration with Madhya Pradesh Tourism and expert naturalists, with the aim of promoting awareness while supporting local bird guides.

About: A Ramsar site that sustains over 238 bird species and provides vital ecological services to Bhopal. Participants can expect sightings of waterbirds such as the Lesser Whistling-Duck, Red-wattled Lapwing, River Tern, and Grey-headed Swamphen.
