Ghatlinga is situated in the remote landscapes of Chhindwara district, Madhya Pradesh. The locals, primarily engaged in agriculture, forest produce collection, and animal husbandry, belong to the Bhariya tribal community. The village, nestled near the Patalkot territory for the past 250 years, offers a unique cultural experience, with elders donning Dhoti Kurta and females adorning sarees. Ghatlinga's location in the forest's heart enriches wildlife experiences, offering close encounters with diverse flora and fauna. Satpura Adventure Sports Festival Kareaam Rated viewpoint  (50 km)from the village is organized in October. It offers a thrilling experience of adventure activities like parasailing, paragliding, rock climbing, trekking, bird watching, and water sports. Walking on the pugdundee through the narrow mountain path that leads you to a dense mango grove and a small dam also gives a chance for swimming amidst nature. The trail showcases the hidden attractions of Patalkot are Raja Kho and Zingaria Waterfall (Ghatlinga) 10 km  as well. Dusshera time mela on mountain peak “chandi mai mandir”
