Introduction

The development of skillset can contribute to structural transformation and economic growth by enhancing employability and productivity and helping the trainee to become more competitive. To provide equal opportunity to the community in tourism and hospitality sector. Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board aims to provide skill and training to the community. The project also aims to develop a human resource directory based on the need of the local area. This will help to link them with various available opportunities in the market also inculcate fair business practices. Skill training is a process that has been designed to offer specific training to fulfil a particular job/skilling requirement.

Area 

Around all tourist destinations and Rural Tourism villages of Madhya Pradesh 

Three types of trainees will be covered under this- MPTB staff, beneficiaries and stakeholders. In which direct beneficiaries and all other direct and indirect stakeholders will be covered. Five training organizations are empanelled with MPTB - Domestic Worker Sector Skill Council (DWSSC), Lemon Tree (Mind leaders), Pithampur Auto Cluster (PAC), Center for Entrepreneurship Development Madhya Pradesh (CEDMAP), Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII)
