Relax in the lap of nature at Pachmarhi, and finally catch a glimpse of the majestic tiger at the Pench Tiger Reserve.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Bhopal

Arrival at Bhopal (morning), Visit Tribal Museum, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya, Taj-ul Masajid, and Gohar Mahal. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride at the boat club. Overnight stay at Bhopal.

Highlights:

  • Tribal Museum: The Tribal museum celebrates the lifestyle, folklore, social customs and rituals of the seven indigenous tribes of Madhya Pradesh – the Bhils, Gonds, Bharias, Korku, Sahariya, Baiga and Kol are displayed in the museum through a repository of traditional art and elegance. It celebrates the way of life of these seven major tribes of the state through their handlooms and craft. 

  • The Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS), one of the popular museums in Bhopal that documents the lives of over 450 of India's Adivasi Tribes and is one of a kind in the country.

  • Taj-ul-Masajid: It is not only the largest mosque in India but is also listed amongst the largest in Asia.

  • Bada Talab: It is known to be one of the largest man-made lakes in India. Enjoy an evening boat ride at Bada Talab. 

Day 2: Bhopal- Sanchi - Bhopal

Morning, guests can take a fresh breeze at Van Vihar after breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed towards sightseeing of Udaigiri and the UNESCO world heritage site, Sanchi in Madhya Pradesh. Overnight stay at Bhopal. 

Highlights:

  • Sanchi: (46 km via Diwanganj and 72 km via Raisen from Bhopal) Sanchi is known for its stupas, monasteries, temples and pillars dating from the 3rd century B.C. to the 12th century A.D. The Sanchi Stupa, the best known, was originally built by the Mauryan Emperor Ashoka. 

Day 3: Bhopal- Pachmarhi (192 KM)

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel, and proceed to Pachmarhi. Enroute visit Bhimbetka and Bhojpur. Later proceed to Pachmarhi. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Pachmarhi.

Highlights: 

  • Bhojpur- (28 km from Bhopal): Bhojpur is famous for its exquisite 11th-century Shiva temple, Bhojeshwar, and the lake built by Raja Bhoja Paramara. The temple's enormous 7.5ft. 'Shivalingam' is carved out of a single stone. 

  • Bhimbetka: (46 km from Bhopal) The Vindhya mountain range is covered by huge rocks, and recent discoveries of over 600 rock shelters (the largest group in the world) have revealed paintings that date back to the early Stone Age.

Day 04: Pachmarhi (195 km from Bhopal):

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel for sightseeing in Pachmarhi. Overnight stay at Pachmarhi. 

Highlights: Pachmarhi is Madhya Pradesh's most verdant gem. A lovely hill station girdled by the Satpura ranges, it offers absolute tranquillity. Bridle paths lead into placid forest groves of wild bamboo and jamun, dense sal forests and delicate bamboo thickets. 

Day 05: Pachmarhi to Pench (208 KM)

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel, and proceed to Pench. Overnight stay at Pench. 

Highlights: The Pench Tiger Reserve forming the core of the Indira Priyadarshini Pench National Park inspired Rudyard Kipling's famous work, THE JUNGLE BOOK. Today, it boasts of the highest density of herbivores in India. 

Day 06: Pench Jungle Safari

At Morning 6 AM, Move to Jungle Safari by Open Gypsy at Pench National Park. Take Breakfast (Packed by Resort) during Jungle Safari. Come back to the hotel, take lunch and relax at the hotel. In the Evening, You can enjoy “Tribal Dance” or “Nature Walk” at your leisure. Night Stay at Pench National Park Hotel. 

Day 06: Pench - Nagpur

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Nagpur for onward connection.
