The winners of the 'Paryatan Sakhi Short Film Contest -2023' were announced on 27th September, on the occasion of World Tourism Day. 

We heartily congratulate all the winners and request all the other participants to not get disheartened and keep following us as we will come up with more such contests.

STEPS TO PARTICIPATE & TERMS OF THE CONTEST FOR PARYATAN SAKHI MASCOT DESIGN

1.The theme of the film should be around the project "Safe Tourism Destination for Women". It should cover the different aspects of the project and their effect on tourism. 

2.The duration of the Paryatan Sakhi Short Film should be between 1-3 minutes and it would qualify only if follows the given concept note.

3.The contest is open for online submissions only through the mentioned Google form. 

4.The last date for submission of entries is 20 September 2023. Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.

5.All the entries received digitally will be evaluated by the jury. Shortlisted candidates can be contacted via phone & email. They will have to send the open files of their final production. 

6.All submitted Short Films must contain a background story and a brief description of the concept.

7.The submitted Short Film must be originally created by the contestant. It must not contain any materials owned or controlled by a third party for which you have not obtained a license, and must not infringe the copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity. 

8.Please tick mark consent form/letter** as proof of originality and ownership of the Short Film.

9.Entries submitted must be in MP4 formats with a maximum file size of 500 MB. There must be no watermarks, border(s), logo(s), or copyright marks on the image.

10. The contest is not open to employees (permanent or consultant) of MPT and their family members and associate agencies.

11. After submission, MPT will hold worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable rights and license to use, publish, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, create derivative works, distribute, have distributed, print, in whole or in part, in any form, in all media forms now or hereafter known, to promote the Short Film & the artist for editorial, educative, advertisement use. Due credit will be given to the artist.

12. Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board reserves the sole right to select the contest winners. In case, there are no suitable entries, the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board reserves the right to not announce any winners of the contest.


Terms and conditions for the accommodation voucher:

1.One AC room for a maximum of two Adults and two Children (Below 05 years) on the CP plan. 

2.The voucher is valid till 22/12/2023 (subject to availability of accommodation on the desired dates).

3.Children above 05-year are chargeable as per MPSTDC policy. 

4.Please carry the ORIGINAL copy of the voucher with valid ID proof.

5.'CP' plan means a room with breakfast only (Lunch, Dinner, to and fro costs are not included)

6.Extra Beds if required will be charged on actuals.
