While the true definition of painting is subject to interpretation, it is the epitome of an artist's emotions and creativity translated into a pattern of strokes and colours.

If you love to paint and have explored Madhya Pradesh, participate in the 'Paint Your Heart Out - Painting Contest' and get a chance to win exciting prizes. For information about How to Participate, please read the terms and conditions below.


Steps to participate & Terms of the contest

1. Only paintings of monuments, sculptures, cityscapes, nature, and wildlife of Madhya Pradesh will be qualified.

2. The contest is open for online submissions only through this Google form. 

3. The last date for submission of entries is 12th November 2022. Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.

4. All the entries received digitally will be evaluated by the jury. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via phone & email. They will have to send the physical copy of their artwork to - 6th Floor, Lily Trade Wing, (Behind D Mart), Jehangirabad, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462008

5. Contestants are required to ensure that their artwork is properly packed. If it does not match with the original online submission, their participation will be disqualified.

6. All submitted paintings must contain a story behind the painting. A brief description of the painting and what it is communicating. 

7. Submitted paintings must be originally created by the contestant. It must not contain any materials owned or controlled by a third party for which you have not obtained a license, must not infringe the copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

8. Although art has no boundaries, to level the competition on similar grounds, you are suggested to use A3 size paper.

9. Use of any digital medium will disqualify you from the process.

Please tick mark consent form/letter** as proof of originality and ownership of the painting.

10. Entries submitted digitally must be in JPEG/PNG format. There must be no watermarks, border(s), logo(s), copyright marks on the image.

11. The contest is not open to employees (permanent or consultant) of MPT and their family members, and of Jansampark and associate agencies.

12. After submission, MPT will hold worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free, sub-licensable right and license to use, publish, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, create derivative works, distribute, have distributed, print, in whole or in part, in any form, in all media forms now or hereafter known, to promote the contest, image, the artist or for editorial or educative use. Due credit will be given to the artist.

13. Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board reserves the sole right to select the contest winners. In case, there are no suitable entries, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board reserves the right to not announce any winners of the contest.

How To Reach

Reaching by Road
