Calling all creative minds to design the mascot for 'Paryatan Sakhi' - an empowering initiative for women by Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board, ensuring safer journeys for female travellers. 

Submission Deadline: September 20, 2023.

STEPS TO PARTICIPATE & TERMS OF THE CONTEST FOR PARYATAN SAKHI MASCOT DESIGN

1. Paryatan Sakhi Mascot should be as per the given concept note will be qualified.

2. The contest is open for online submissions only through the mentioned Google form. 

3. The last date for submission of entries is 20th September 2023. Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.

4. All the entries received digitally will be evaluated by the jury. Shortlisted candidates can be contacted via phone & email. They will have to send the open files of their artwork/design work. 

5. All submitted Mascot designs must contain a background story. A brief description of the Mascot and what it is communicating.

7. Submitted Mascot must be originally created by the contestant. It must not contain any materials owned or controlled by a third party for which you have not obtained a license, must not infringe the copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity. 

8. Please tick mark consent form/letter** as proof of originality and ownership of the Mascot design.

10. Entries submitted must be in JPEG/PNG/MP4 formats with the maximum file size of 50 mb. There must be no watermarks, border(s), logo(s), copyright marks on the image.

11. The contest is not open to employees (permanent or consultant) of MPT and their family members and associate agencies.

12. After submission, MPT will hold worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free, sub-licensable right and license to use, publish, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, create derivative works, distribute, have distributed, print, in whole or in part, in any form, in all media forms now or hereafter known, to promote the Mascot design & the artist for editorial, educative, advertisement use. Due credit will be given to the artist.

13. Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board reserves the sole right to select the contest winners. In case, there are no suitable entries, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board reserves the right to not announce any winners of the contest.
