A Solar-powered jungle farm-stay with four rooms at Kanha National Park. We are off the gird, the life is simple but the experience wild. Kamp Kamouflage Kanha is built as per the local tradition with mud and bricks, the main Homestay Makaan at Kamp has a pleasant veranda and semi-enclosed living room that works as a sit-out area, tea break space, and peaceful reading room. The high and heavy gauge metal roof has been thatched with a local grass which regulates the temperature and keeps things cool in the summer. Kamp Kamouflage is spread over almost 4 acres of typical Kanha forest land. Dense groves of trees, open grasslands, and undulating rocky patches make Kamp a microcosm of the magnificent Kanha National park. Overall it feels like a Jungle or Plantation home.
Our two Mud and brick huts are built once again in the local architectural style. All our living areas are appointed with examples of Ameya’s photographs of views of Kanha National Park and its diverse wildlife. The hub of life in Kamp is the Kitchen with its attached Dining area. An open-plan kitchen allows our guests to enjoy the aroma of fresh food being cooked and accommodates any desires they may have to try out their hands at a dish or two. Our dining area is airy and offers views all around.
To live in the jungle, one must blend in.
