National Balrang - 2018

Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya in collaboration with Directorate of Public Instructions, School Education Department, Madhya Pradesh is organizing a grand cultural festival 'Balrang 2018' from 19th to 21st December 2018.

The three-day event 'National Balrang' is conducted annually to promote the artistic talent of the students. Its main objective is to introduce children with various cultural diversities and traditional lifestyles so as to instill the spirit of social harmony, human values, and brotherhood.

The students from various schools (29 states and 5 Union Territories of the country) will take an active part thereby presenting cultural glimpses of their respective states via folk songs, group dances etc. So, book your dates as you get to see an event that celebrates the diverse culture and traditions of India.

    Bhopal is on the Delhi-Chennai main line. Major trains going from Mumbai to Delhi via Itarsi and Jhansi also go through Bhopal. Local buses and auto-rickshaws are available to reach the city center.

    Bhopal airport, about 13 km northwest of the city center, is well connected to cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Raipur. Taxis are available from the airport to reach the city center.
