Go Heritage Run - MPTourism

Go Heritage Run in Pench

Apr 2018

A leisurely run Vacation

All set for a leisurely run vacation? Well, this time around get ready for a ‘Go heritage run’ at Pench national park. Amidst the intrinsically thrilling surroundings at Pench, also experience a peaceful stillness while you enjoy the run.

Go Heritage Run is meant to be a ‘fun run’ which is organized every year at various locations. The run is designed to be a holistic experience that will make you explore the scenic beauty and cultural variety of rich heritage that exists in MP.

As Pench tiger reserve is an ecologically sensitive area, the run will be conducted in the buffer zone of the Pench National Park. The run routes will start and finish at Kipling’s Court, Turia and will pass through small villages, past fields and move forward through the outer forested areas of the Pench National Park.

Being in the buffer area, you will encounter some wildlife along the run route during the day – apart from monkeys and the occasional deer or peacock and possibly a tiger as well! The Run will start at 6 am and run routes will be for 5km, 10km and 21km.

Go Heritage run in Pench will be on 1st of April'18 at 6 am.
